04 — Warranty
Warranty terms
- International Import & Export is the exclusive dealer of BELARUS tractors in Egypt.
- Warranty applies only to BELARUS tractors sold through International Import & Export.
- All scheduled maintenance must be performed at the company’s service center or via the mobile service unit.
- Only recommended oils and genuine or company‑approved spare parts must be used.
- Any modification or change to the tractor systems without the company’s approval voids the warranty.
- Misuse or operation of the tractor outside its intended purpose will void the warranty.
- Failures caused by accidents or natural disasters are not covered by the warranty.
- Properly completed service records are a mandatory condition for maintaining warranty coverage.
- Any failure must be reported within 48 hours of occurrence to ensure prompt support.
